It appears that the Bench was more interested in removing the typographical and / or clerical defects noticed in several orders passed in the said contempt application than making attempt to dispose of the contempt application itself. The order which is alleged to have been violated by the alleged contemnors is still in the nebulous stage of its implementation and the adequate punishment to be inflicted if the allegation is proved to be guilt. The last date was fixed on 09.06.2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits on instruction that till date the said application has not been disposed of

and is fixed in the month of November 2022.

Such being the position, we request the learned Tribunal to pre-pone the date of the said contempt application in presence of the parties or their respective counsels and endeavour shall be shown to dispose of the same within two weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.
