Re: CAN 2 of 2024

1. This is an application for release and/or refund of the amount deposited with the learned Registrar General.

2. In view of the fact that we allowed the appeal being FMAT 112 of 2023, the amount deposited by the appellant during the pendency of the appeal is now released.

3. The learned Registrar General is directed to release the entire amount of Rs.5 lacs together with accrued interest in favour of the appellant, Ajay Mimani, within one week from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of.
