Case No. 199/2007 dated 08.7.2007 under Sections 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at the behest of Sadhan Malakar. The said criminal proceeding being S.T. No. 284/2007 arising out of Domjur P.S. Case No. 199/2007 has culminated into an order of acquittal passed by the learned 3rd Fast Track Court, Howrah on 04.01.2019. Thus the revisional application has become infractuous and disposed of accordingly. The photocopy of the judgement passed by the learned Trial Court is kept with the record.
