3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated March 30, 2026 in the cause title and in the body of the order the name of the respondent shall be read as "Banglar Diary Limited" instead of "Banglar Dairy Limited".

4. This order shall be treated as the part of the order dated March 30, 2026.
