1. Mr. Subhas Kandar, BMOH, Sabang, Paschim Medinipur is personally present in Court in response to the Contempt Rule issued.

2. Perused the affidavit-of-compliance filed by the BMOH It appears that the petitioners could not be paid the incentive because the scheme of link person stood discontinued after the joining of the Asha Karmee in the Rural Sub Centre Area.

3. The petitioners assert that they performed the work as link person. The said assertion is denied by the BMOH.

4. It appears that a fresh order has been passed by the Authority and the petitioners are aggrieved by the

same. Legality of the said order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding.

5. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the said order in accordance with law before the competent forum, if so advised.

6. Contempt application stands disposed of.

7. The Contempt Rule stands discharged.

Personal appearance of the BMOH stands dispensed with.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
