Palash Ray Mr. Saikat Pal ...for the Applicant On perusal of the order dated 25th June, 2024 it appears that concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) was required to make an endeavour to find out a willing teacher who can take the classes of the petitioner for transfer of petitioner by following Government Notification dated 3rd January, 2022. In the contempt application no case is made out that a willing teacher was found by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) in spite of that petitioner was not transferred. Therefore, present contempt petition is not maintainable.

Hence, same stands dismissed.
