Apprehending arrest in connection with J2 (New Market) P.S. Case No.378 dated November 21, under Sections 120B/465/467/468/469/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the petitioner has filed the present application. Pursuant to the earlier order dated 15.12.2020, a communication has been received from the Investigating Officer of the case by the Public Prosecutor that the present petitioner is complying with the directions so passed by this Court. On query of this Court it has been submitted on behalf of the State that the custodial detention of the present petitioner may not be warranted as he has been cooperating with the investigation. As such the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, namely, Mohammed Ayub shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the

Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Additionally, the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case on and from 12.04.2021 for once in a week till the submission of charge-sheet.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 2826 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of.
