The petitioner no. 1 has already been arrested. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 is dismissed as not pressed.

Statements of witnesses including the entries in the medical report show active role of the petitioner in causing cut injury on the neck of the victim who was hospitalized. In such circumstances, we reject the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 2 The application for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.2 is, accordingly, rejected.
