In the 5th line of the 2nd paragraph of page-2 of the order dated April 17, 2023, the expression 'within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order' be inserted after the expression 'petitioner'. The 'full stop' after the word 'petitioner' be corrected as 'comma'. The sentence will be written and read as hereunder:

"A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order."

Let the corrections be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated April 17, 2023 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
