The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Berhampore P.S. Case No.1197 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code together with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and charge sheet submitted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per the Rules within four weeks from date. Subject to such undertaking, the instant application is taken up for hearing.

The learned Advocate of the petitioner submits that her client does not intend to press this application. In view of the above, the application for bail is dismissed as not pressed.
