On perusal of the order dated 27th October, 2025, it is revealed that in the first line of the second paragraph of the first page instead of "inter-district" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "intra-district" and in the fifth and sixth line of the third paragraph of the first page instead of "Secretary, W.B.B.P.E." in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "Chairman, Paschim Medinipur, District Primary School Council". The other portion of the order dated 27th October, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
