Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya ...for the petitioners Mr. Swapan Kumar Debnath Mr. Biswajit Mukherjee ...for the KMC The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 22nd December, 2022 when Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya, learned advocate representing the petitioners as well as Mr. Swapan Kumar Debnath, learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation have jointly submitted that one intra Court Appeal being MAT 765 of 2014 was preferred before the Hon'ble Division Bench by the writ petitioners against the order passed by the coordinate Bench and the said appeal stood disposed of vide order dated 19th June, 2014 by the Hon'ble Division Bench. It has also been submitted that by the said order dated 19th June, 2014 this writ petition was also disposed of.

In support of such submission the order dated 19th June, 2014 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned advocate representing the respective parties and

on perusal of the order dated 19th June, 2014 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench it appears that this writ petition stood disposed of.

Accordingly, department is directed to treat this writ petition as disposed of and not to show the same as pending in the system.
