The grievance of the petitioner relates to insurance companies allegedly misleading the petitioner and mishandling the funds of the petitioner.

None of the insurance companies arrayed as party respondent are either State or an instrumentality of the State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

I such circumstances, I am afraid I am not in a position to invoke jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to enter into the issues raised by the petitioner.

W.P.A. 7239 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
