Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that this is the fourth application for bail. Learned advocate for the State also submits that police personnel of the rank of Inspector was seriously assaulted and he was hospitalized in excess of six months. The petitioner is involved in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as appearing from the case diary and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 2600 of 2021 is dismissed.
