Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for a typographical insertion by way of correction in the order dated August 11, 2025 which has been omitted mistakenly, as would be apparent from record.

By consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the first line at the second page of the order dated August 11, 2025 shall include the expression "Annexure P-3 at page 25 along with Annexure P-6 at page 32 to the writ petition".

The above correction incorporated by consent of the parties shall also be read into and incorporated in the order dated August 11, 2025.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification. It is clarified that, the consent given by the learned Counsel for the Union of India is restricted for the typographical correction only.
