On perusal of the report it appears that petitioner was permitted to resume duty as assistant teacher on 2nd May, 2025 and joining report dated 2nd May, 2025 is enclosed to this report.

In view of resumption of duty by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 30th April,

2025 it appears grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
