Petitioner has approached this Court as his 04.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.98 Rakib representation dated 15.01.2025 was not considered by the concerned police station. Petitioner alleges against the developer and the financers. It has also been contended that the financers were introduced by the developers. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already Behala P.S. case no. 73 dated 26.03.2025 was registered for investigation against the developers, whether in course of the investigation other materials have surfaced or not is to be looked into after some investigation is made. The case was only been registered on 26.03.2025.

In view of the police authorities taking steps, I direct that the police authorities would put in efforts so that the investigation can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6322 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
