Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the immovable property. There are documents in support thereof.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police enquired into the complain of the petitioner and learnt that there is a civil suit filed at the behest of the private respondents where, there is an order directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of nature, character and possession of the suit property till the disposal of the suit.

The disputes between the private parties are civil in nature. There is a civil suit pending. Police acted on the complaint of the petitioner. Further interference by the writ court is not called for.

WPA 7241 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
