It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the parties that the issue involved in this writ petition relates to 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Nonteaching Staff, 2016. It is also submitted that the aforesaid selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is presently pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in future, if situation so

arises.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
