The number of the writ application has gone down in the said order as "WPA 7245 of 2022" instead of "WPA 7245 of 2021".

On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner and when Mr. Chattopadhyay for the State is also present, the typographical mistake is rectified as to the number of the writ application. The number of the writ application is WPA 7245 of 2021 and this order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 28.07.2022.
