Petitioner has been identified by witnesses in the course of T.I. Parade. In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we find that the petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is, however, directed to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months form the date fixed for recording of evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
