1. Learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that the copy of the revisional application was not supplied. It is also submitted that one notice was served asking for the revisional application along with annexure. Affidavit of service to that effect is filed and taken on record.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation has been sought for.

3. It appears that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with this revisional application further.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated and connected application, if any, also stands dismissed accordingly.

6. Department is directed to intimate the order to the learned Trial Judge for information.
