The alleged contemnor undertakes to cancel the screening sheet and other subsequent steps/actions taken by her in respect of the e-tender dated 19th February, 2026 after 6th March, 2026.

In view of such undertaking and tendering unqualified apology by the alleged contemnor, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

Rule be discharged.

However, the alleged contemnor is sternly cautioned to be more careful in future in complying with the order passed by the Court.

Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
