Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved and anxious because of the warrant of arrest pending. Learned advocate submits that the petitioners were earlier arrested and released on bail in the year 2013. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. In view of the petitioners being earlier on bail, I direct that if by 15.06.2023, the petitioners appear and surrender before the jurisdictional court, the jurisdictional court will allow the petitioners to continue on the same bail, but by furnishing fresh bond and on condition to ensure their presence on future dates.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 979 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties including the learned Magistrate shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
