The prayers read as follows:- "a.) A Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent state authorities No. 3 and 4 to show cause as why the principles of natural justice and the rule of law being vitiated and deviated from and or in relation to resolving of service related issues.

b) A Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent state authority nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 to show cause as to why the deliberate deviation in their administrative discharge of functions has been exercised in taking stringent and or diligent action against the

allegations and or claims leveled in the replies/representations/notices/letter of complaint made by the petitioner with regard to the show causes so issued and abuse of administrative powers by respondent no. 3, inclusive of submission of inaccurate report devoid of inquiry pursuant to Memo No. 107/DPRDO dated 24.01.2023 and further reliance upon the same in departmental proceedings irrespective of its nonapplicability. c) A Writ in the form of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to show cause as to why willful suppression of material facts been made notwithstanding those being within the implicit knowledge and or by means of intimation so furnished by the petitioner.

d) A Writ in the nature of Certiorari to issue directions upon the respondent state authorities to bring up all records in relation to the matter of the petitioner.

e) A Writ in the nature of Certiorari to overturn the conclusions derived due to procedural impropriety by respondent no. 3.

f) Rule NISI in terms of a), b), c) and d).

g) Any pass any further order or orders and/or directions as This Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

h) Order of cost."

This Court has not been able to understand what is the grievance of the writ petitioner and what has he prayed for.

Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner also could not clarify the prayers.

Because of the vague prayers, the writ petition being W.P.A. 6333 of 2025 stands dismissed.

The dismissal of this writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate writ petition. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
