The present revision of the year 2020 is for quashing of the charge sheet no. 06 of 2019 dated 28.02.2019 under Section 135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003 arising out of Paikar PS case No. 13/2019 dated 25.01.2019 under Section 135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003, pending before the learned Judge, Special Court, Electricity Act, Suri, Birbhum.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
