Mr. P. Ghosh, Mr. S. Sarkar, Mr. H. Roy ...for the petitioner in CRR 1011 of 2020 & CRR 2728 of 2019 and opposite party in CRR 2305 of 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in CRR 1011 of 2020 and CRR 2728 of 2019 and for the opposite party in CRR 2305 of 2018 submits as follows. During pendency of the proceeding, a compromise and settlement has been arrived at between the adverse parties, the husband and the wife in question. He files a certified copy of the order dated 08.01.2021 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-in-Charge, Raghunathpur, Purulia, which is taken on record. Since the wife did not want to proceed with the maintenance case, the said case being Misc. Case 41/2015 was disposed of as withdrawn. As such, the three present revisional applications have become infructuous and the same may be dismissed accordingly. In view of the above, I dispose of the revisional applications being CRR 1011 of 2020, CRR 2728 of 2019 and

CRR 2305 of 2018 as the same have become infructuous. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned counsel for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
