Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition of bail which was granted on 20th May, 2025.

Petitioner is a lady, as such the condition earlier imposed is hereby modified to the extent that petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the District of Howrah. Petitioner, if she intends to visit her native place, she would seek permission of the learned Trial Court. Learned Trial Court will consider the urgency and thereafter pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
