Though the matter was heard and the case is fixed for C.A.V. but after going through the record, this Court finds that the petitioner has not disclosed the Forensic Audit Report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that all the forensic reports are same to that of the Forensic Audit Report of the SBI.

This Court perused forensic report of each file and finds that the Forensic Audit Reports are different from each other and in the present case the petitioner has not disclosed Forensic Audit Report.

Considering the above, this Court finds that without going through Forensic Audit Report, the issue raised in this writ petition cannot be decided.

In view of the above, WPA 6542 of 2026 is dismissed. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
