The petitioners and the private respondent(s) are relations who have dispute amongst themselves regarding an undivided property. To that effect, the petitioners lodged a complaint.

However, since the nature of the dispute is in respect of a property, the police authorities felt it proper not to interfere with the same.

State has submitted a report which reflects that both the parties are

relying on the record of rights.

Be that as it may, if there are any dispute(s) relating to demarcation of the said property, the petitioners and the private respondent(s), if so advised, will approach the jurisdictional civil court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting because of the strained relationship existing between them.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6335 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
