Bibek Chaudhuri, J.

This is an application filed jointly by the petitioners and opposite party No.2, stating, inter alia that the dispute between parties has been amicably settled and they want not to proceed with the case in connection with Bidhannagar South Police Station Case No.19 of 2021 dated 11th January, 2021 and charge sheet being No.57

of 2021 dated 14th March, 2021 which was registered as G.R. Case No.53 of 2021.

It is submitted by the learned Advocates for the parties that the case is now pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bidhannagar.

On perusal of the charge-sheet I find that it was filed against the petitioner under Sections 341/323/325/506 of the Indian Penal Code. All the offences are compoundable in nature. Therefore, there is no predicament to accept the instant petition for compromise. The above-mentioned proceedings being G.R. Case No.53/2021 be quashed on the basis of compromise between the parties. The instant revision and connected application are, thus, disposed of.
