The petitioners applied for mutual transfer.

Their application is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. 3.

Without entering into the merit of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Board shall call for the necessary information as regards the status of the teachers and the vacancy position from the concerned District Primary School Councils who shall immediately transmit the required data to the Board for compliance of the direction passed hereinabove.

The fate of the petitioners' application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 6.

If the application of the petitioners is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer.

8.

Learned advocate of the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Writ petition stands disposed.

10.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
