The petitioner complains of violation of the direction passed in the order dated 13th June, 2022.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 13th April, 2023.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnors to comply the direction passed by the Court.
