In the matter of:- Sangeeta Singh Mr. Md. Karim Warsi Ms. Arpita Mondal Mr. Md. Rahim Waris Ms. Ananya Kundu ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a 'no objection' Vakalatnama has been obtained from the previous learned advocate on record. Accordingly, a fresh Vakalatnama is being filed today.

Learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner and the private opposite parties and in view of the same, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application. A written instruction to that effect is filed in Court today. The same is taken on record. On the prayer of the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
