None appears on behalf of the appellant nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The appeal is filed with deficit court fees as reported by the Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 20th March, 2020. The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) in its report dated 13th January, 2023 has pointed out that no steps has been taken by the learned counsel for the sole appellant for removal of the defects including the payment of deficit court fees. As on date, the deficit court fees could not be accepted without an application for acceptance of the deficit court fees beyond the period of limitation. It clearly shows that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed for non-payment of deficit court fees.

In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the connected application stand also dismissed.
