Earlier this revisional application was called on 12.10.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The revisional application also appeared on 01.03.2024 and even today when the matter is called, none represented the petitioner.

I find that the revisional application was preferred challenging the order of interim maintenance of Rs.10000/- per month being passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate particularly the factum that the husband happens to be a PWD Assistant Engineer, I am of the view that the quantum of interim maintenance so awarded do not call for any interference. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 982 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
