During the course of hearing, the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file a fresh and comprehensive representation for the present grievance and submit it before the respondent no.3 along with a copy of this order.

In turn, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the representation by passing a reasoned order within 90 days from the date of submission of such representation.

The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The PIL stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
