The petitioner's allegation is based on some oral denial on the part of the concerned respondent authority and the same does not have any place in the Court of law, unless admitted but no such admission has been made by the respondent.

If the petitioner so desires, he can approach before the concerned respondent authority by filing appropriate representation in accordance with law.
