Mr. Radhey Shyam Tiwari ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter was filed at the time when DRT-II was not sitting but now the charge of DRT-II has been given to DRT Siliguri Bench. Counsel hence seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

WPA 6511 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.
