The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the orders passed in connection with Barasat Police Station Case No.1226/12 dated 15.06.2012.

Record of the revisional application reflects that the revisional application appeared once only on 19.02.2013 and there has been no persuasion since then.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor, appears on behalf of the State.

Having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the opinion that the contentions so advanced are questions of fact which are to be gone into at the stage of trial. Accordingly, no interference is called for. Thus, CRR 505 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
