The original advocate on record who filed the appeal was Mr. Saunak Bhattacharya, who did not give any objection to the subsequent advocate Mr. Abir Lal Chakravorti.

Mr. Abir Lal Chakravorti had filed vakalatnama and thereafter one Mr. Surajit Maiti has filed the vakalatnama.

Both Mr. Abir Lal Chakravorti and Mr.

Saunak Bhattacharya are present in Court and they have expressed 'no objection' to the vakalatnama filed by the current advocate on record Mr. Surajit Maiti. Ms. Lakshmi Shaw is the current advocate on record for the appellants.

Let sums lying with the learned Registrar General be made over to the appellants by the learned Registrar General of this Court.

It is reiterated that the payments would be released in the name of the appellant Dara Singh and others represented by Ms. Lakshmi Shaw, the current advocate on record for them.
