Learned advocate representing Champa submits, upon instructions, that an appeal has already been carried from the aforesaid order.

Learned advocate for Champa has, however, failed to produce any order staying the operation of payment of costs as directed. Mere filing of an appeal does not act as a bar to deposit the costs ordered by the court. Time to pay costs is extended till February 2, 2024. Re-list on February 7, 2024.
