It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the matter any further.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the land in question has been recorded as 'Aush' in the LR Record of Rights and the petitioners have been granted compensation in tune with the same.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
