Counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay court fees for 104 petitioners by tomorrow. In default of payment of court fees, the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

The writ petitioners made a representation to the Chairman and the Director Personal, Coal India Limited seeking service benefits. They also seek equal treatment as appellants in the judgement and order dated 22nd December, 2017 passed in APO 368 of 2017 (Ravindra Shyamrao Wadhai and others Vs. Coal India Limited and others). They claim that they are similarly situated as the appellants therein. In those circumstances, let the Director Personal, Coal India Limited consider the

representation of the petitioners within a period of five months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioners shall be entitled to file a comprehensive representation before the Director Personal, Coal India Limited within a period of seven days from date.

The petitioners may be heard in person or through their legal representatives.

The order that may be passed by the Director Personal, Coal India Limited shall be communicated to the petitioners within fifteen days thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to cost.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
