The contempt application arises out of noncompliance of order dated 2nd September, 2025 passed in W.P.A 6338 of 2025.

Counsel for the applicants submits that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with. 3.

Accordingly, the applicants are directed to serve copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating the returnable date and file affidavit of service on the returnable date.
