The instant appeal arises from an application for receiver filed by the plaintiff in the Trial Court. The Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that in the meantime the suit itself had been disposed of and, therefore, the instant appeal has virtually become infructuous.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. The connected application, if there be any, is also dismissed.
