At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with the matter.

However, Mr.

Sudipto Moitra, learned counsel appearing for the intervener, contends that, at this juncture, the attempt to withdraw the writ petition is motivated and tantamounts to abuse of the process of the Court.

Be that as it may, since there are certain auditory connectivity problems in video conferencing today, let the matter be enlisted at the top of the list under the same heading tomorrow, that is, April 28, 2021.

Leave is granted to learned counsel for the parties to be personally present in Court, in the event there is a link failure.
