It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody for about 255 days. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners were identified in course of Test Identification parade. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
