Report submitted by the State reflects that certain conditions are being imposed by the complainant for withdrawal of the case. If such conditions are imposed, there is no scope for compromise as was earlier submitted.

Mr. Talukdar, learned advocate appearing for the State further submits that the name of the opposite party no.2 and the particulars do not match that of the charge-sheet which is the subject matter of challenge.

Having regard to the contentions advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the State, report so submitted and the statement which has been enclosed, I am of the view that the present is not a case where the prayers of the petitioners can be considered.

Accordingly, CRR 1030 of 2024 is dismissed Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
