Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a declaration be made by this Court regarding the petitioner being rank-1 holder in Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering for the year, 2013 and the petitioner be awarded with the Gold Medal and the rank certificate by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.

Learned Counsel appearing for the University submits that all corrections will be made regarding issuance of Gold Medal and the rank certificate of the student.

The Vice-Chancellor, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal is requested to do the needful at an earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks from date.

Learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of the writ petition along with a

copy of the order to the Vice-Chancellor, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal within seven days from today.

The writ petition being WPA 7294 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
